Battle Sisters
The Adepta Sororitas, also known as the Sisters of Battle, are an elite sisterhood of warriors raised from infancy to adore and worship the Emperor of Mankind. Their fanatical devotion and unwavering spiritual purity is a bulwark against corruption, heresy and alien attack, and once battle has been joined they will stop at nothing until their enemies are utterly crushed.
Battle-Sisters will stride through fire if need be, their bolters spitting staccato bursts of destruction every step of the way. Not even death can stay the wrath of the Adepta Sororitas -- indeed, the blood of martyrs only strengthens the resolve of battle-sisters, spurring them to greater acts of heroism in the name of the honoured fallen.
The Sisters of Battle are the army of the Ecclesiarchy. Clad in ceramite power armour, they carry an awesome array of weaponry with which to vanquish their enemies; the incredible wealth of the Ecclesiarchy ensures that they are equipped with the best wargear the Imperium has to offer.
Celestians
Celestians are the most distinguished of the Adeptus Sororitas, and have been tasked to guard and accompany into battle the highest-ranked leaders of the order. In the dense grip of war they are both inspiring champion and tireless protector, and in the darkest of moments stand a resolute beacon of unyielding strength.
Dominions
Dominion Strike Squads wield some of the most impressive and terrifying arsenal of their order. Armed with a tempest of munitions including storm bolters, meltaguns, and flamers all they unleash righteous zeal upon any who would stand in their way. Wherever the heretic must be purged and driven back, wherever the enemy must be broken and turned to flee or put to death—there has the order dispatched the Dominions.
What's in the box?
The Adeptus Sororitas Battle Sisters Squad includes components to build (10x) Battle Sisters and 1 Incensor Cherub. Alternatively, Battle Sisters may be built into either Celestians or Dominions. Battle Sisters are armed with boltguns, while two per full squadron may be assembled to carry special weapons such as the storm bolter, meltagun, or flamer. Of the two to carry special-issue weaponry, one can instead brandish a heavy weapon (heavy bolter, or heavy flamer).
One of the Battle Sisters may carry a sacred Simulacrum Imperials, which can built fashioned with one of two different fixtures. These pieces also allow you to build a Sister Superior armed with chainsword or power sword, and a choice of ranged weapons that includes condemnor boltgun or combi-weapon.
This multi-purpose plastic set comes with 179 components and contains (10x) Citadel 32mm round bases, as well as (1x) Citadel 25mm round base for the Incensor Cherub. An Adeptus Sororitas transfer sheet is included.
